Revitalise Health and Wellness also offers a regular series 'Lunch, Learn & Yoga' that consists of a short tailored Yoga or Pilates class. While your staff then enjoy a healthy lunch, we guide them through an educational session about Posture awareness, stress management & relaxation techniques.

We will work closely with HR or Management to fully understand the individual needs of your staff & tailor our presentations to suit the organisational needs & goals.

Posture &
Ergonomic Assesments

A postural assesment will help to identify how your muscles and joints are working together

and whether there are any imbalances that we can then work on correcting, strengthening

& stretching.


Perfect for anyone who has been experiencing regular pain or discomfort whilst performing daily tasks at home or work or while exercising.


We will visit your work space, assess your desk set up  posture & provide suggestions on how

to improve posture & comfort through stretching

& exercise.


Revitalise Health & Wellness has a network of Allied Health Professionals we work closely with.


We can liaise with them to develop a tailored Yoga or Pilates program to compliment their treatment plans & help you to feel great!
